Project: Mocking Saas Platform (Feb 2024 to Sept 2024)This platform is Software-as-a-Service API simulation solution, designed from the ground up for integration, automation and performance. The platform allows developers and test engineers to replace the APIs their applications depend on with flexible light-weight simulations. This decouples the development and testing process from unreliable, expensive test systems and restrictive API sandboxes. In my role as a Full Stack Java developer, I am involved in design and development of multiple features in Microservices-based architecture utilizing Java 8, Spring Boot, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Angular, Liquibase and associated technologies. I have developed and integrated multiple features.Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for analysis, design, development and Unit/Integration testing. • Uploading multiple csv files that can be used as datasource. • Simulating a persistent backend this feature allows to retrieve values previously passed into a service and render them back, creating the ability to mock a persistent backend. • Callback feature that will allow a service to make a call to another service to simulate callback scenarios • Developed frontend using Angular 7. • Consumed Restful services and Database operations in the project. • Gradle was used as a build tool for the project. • Used Circleci for CI/CD.

Role: Java DeveloperProject: Ecommerce WebsiteDescription: Web application for online shopping platform having different portals for user and admin.Responsibilities:As a Java developer I was involved in designing database schema and developing backend using Java 17, Spring Boot and related tools including database mapping using Spring Data JPA. I handled database operations and REST communications.Technical Accomplishments:• Designed database schema and developed RESTful web services.• Currency and language management according to the region.• Worked on designing and developing product catalogue.• Implemented notification for user about new product and order status.• Implemented role-based access management and session management using JWT and Spring Security.Role: Data EngineerProject: Big Data for Manufacturing Operation.Description: A mobile app designed for individuals to connect, meet, and interact with potential romantic or social partners Responsibilities:I was involved in creating ETL pipelines for data migration using python as a scripting language also automated the migration using Apache airflow. Performed data modelling and transformations in Apache Hive warehouse.Technical Accomplishments:• Designed and Implemented data pipeline to migrate data from SQL server to hive and then PostgreSQL using pyspark.• Automated ETL pipeline using Apache Airflow.
