As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Iterative Health, a pioneering Series B HealthTech company spun out of MIT in 2017 and securing $150M in our latest funding round, I lead at the intersection of technology and healthcare to drive groundbreaking advancements in Gastroenterology care. Our mission to revolutionize colorectal cancer screenings and enhance the treatment of IBD(inflammatory bowel disease) through precision medicine is at the heart of my work, particularly in optimizing our Clinical Trial Optimization (CTO) product. By leveraging AI, we aim to streamline clinical research processes, improving trial efficiency and patient-matching accuracy.- Stakeholder Engagement: Served as the primary technical liaison, fostering seamless communication and synergistic collaboration across engineering, ML teams, DataOps, and Customer Success teams. My efforts were pivotal in aligning project objectives with strategic company goals, enhancing stakeholder buy-in, and driving project milestones to success.- Product Management: Authored detailed product requirements and briefs, establishing a clear roadmap for project execution and ensuring alignment with company vision.- Innovation and Leadership: Developed an MVP for a Data Annotator Performance Monitoring tool, integrating Encord performance data to derive actionable insights, therefore, boosting annotator efficiency and data quality. My leadership in conducting over 30 interviews for Python developer positions was instrumental in building a high-caliber technical team.- Operational Excellence: Developed several Quickbase projects, empowering the DataOps and Customer Success teams to effectively analyze EHR data and prioritize patients, resulting in streamlined operations and enhanced patient outcomes.- Technical Mastery: Resolved complex issues within AWS services, including Step Functions, CloudWatch, and k8s, safeguarding project infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted project progress.
