With more than two decades of experience in the food and beverages industry, I am responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability of the tea business.My core competencies include financial analysis, competitive analysis, and business development, which enable me to align the technical and strategic goals of Parry Agro with the market demands and customer expectations. I have a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from BITS Pilani and a certificate in Business Administration and Management from IIM-A, where I completed the Young Leaders Program for Murugappa group. I have successfully implemented SAP, Six Sigma, and AutoCAD to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
