Collaborated with Liberal Arts and Sciences faculty to re-imagine assessment for the Associate of Arts degree, including development of program level learning outcomes, development of rubrics, processes and procedures, including faculty training. Collaborated with industry partners to develop curriculum plans for the Ophthalmic Medical Technology AAS (approved by Minnesota State) and Nuclear Engineering Technology AS (designed for the USNCC, development in process). Joined forces with Liberal Arts and Sciences faculty to develop the approved Biology, English, and Pre-Social Work Transfer Pathway AS programs. Developed online teaching faculty interaction rubric consistent with Higher Learning Commission standards in partnership with the ATCC-QIP team, and provided opportunities for faculty to receive pedagogy training through Winona State University (WeTeach). Current efforts include leading activities designed to better align admissions and advising activities with the goal to improve enrollment conversion from prospect to enrolled student, and increase student retention of current students.
