Creating efficiencies for residents and businesses by improving government processes through the use of technology. That's my personal mission and the mission of my company. The National Digital Titling Clearinghouse is a perfect example of government process improvement creating very real costs savings and efficiencies for stakeholders. By adopting the digital title and registration system developed by our partners Champ Titles, the state of West Virginia reduced title processing time from 45 days down to 0 - they are literally processing titles in real time. So similarly to the State of Delaware making its incorporation services available nationwide, WV is now offering titling services to non-resident businesses. I've had a wonderful career of working side by side with my government partners and I am looking forward to making that citizen experience even more dynamic and meaningful in the future.
