Current Responsible for Finance, Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, Grants, Capital Projects, and Facilities including supervision of employees. Wrote and monitored adherence to the agency’s annual operating ($20M) and capital ($10M-$30M) budget. Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including the CAFR, which has received the GFOA’s Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for 15 consecutive years. Produced the financial forecast section of LAVTA’s Short-Range Transit Plan.
