Transformational arts, ideas and creative learning experiences are my passion. I work with high profile companies and artists across programming, curation, management, strategy, project and business development, facilitation, producing and delivery to create authentic and meaningful opportunities for audiences and participants where we can discover our common humanity.Currently I run the Children, Families and Creative Learning program at Sydney Opera House programming a range of performances and creative learning activities, including establishing the annual public program for our new Centre for Creativity.In recent years, I led the School of Life in Australia through a major change management process improving program design for both our public and business programs, directing a number of high-level speaker events, managing a team in Sydney and Melbourne and building capacity for more audience centered engagement.I’ve worked at Executive and Director level across the major, small to medium and federal government sectors in the arts working with Australian artists both nationally and in international arenas. I enjoy discovering opportunities fit for market and building projects from the ground up, holding stakeholders close and creating high quality, and purposeful experiences for all.I’ve produced projects in and toured work to the Venice Biennale, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, North America, Germany, Italy, Norway and the United Kingdom. I enjoy finding strategic partners for project delivery and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes having worked with the private sector, DFAT, Australia Council, State Governments, philanthropists, impact investors and corporates.I enjoy building and managing teams, guiding with an authentic, transformational leadership approach. I believe our work is all about the relationships we conduct, so aim to create meaningful engagement with growth potential for my colleagues.I have a special interest and deep experience in making performance for and with young people, developing arts projects and building creative networks internationally. International market and business development and collaboration, especially across Asia is a passion, as is working with international students from this area.
