- Define the vision, strategy and operating model for delivering a unified Agile coaching model across the Development and Product organizations.-Lead the business planning processes for your industry leader to drive both top-down and bottom-up alignment across teams.-Leverage analytical insights to solve important business problems and formulate actionable recommendations for leadership including Value Stream, Portfolio Delivery Optimization, and other adhoc requests.-Drive operational alignment across the Enterprise LACE and the regional LACE chapters including weekly coaching synchs, demand models and impediment solutioning.-Develop and prioritize supply and demand for coaching and training to support regional LACE needs through ART Maturity Assessments and Cost Allocation Models.-Develop and manage Coaching Performance Dashboard, setting coaching metric standards across the enterprise, leveraging the use of empirical data driven decision making.-Managed the career development of 12 direct reports including Agile Methodology and Scrum Master training, workshops and metrics.-Support FIS transformation initiative through day-to-day focus on instilling Agile Ways of Working and test-driven development improvements.-Coach teams on improvements based on continuous assessment of product delivery process.Maintain open channels of communication through which team members flag impediments; personally provide solutions or escalate to proper channels.-Work with the Product owner to align teams with product /business vision and goals.
