• Provide complete executive support to the CEO and CTO.• Provide HR support by setting up interviews, offer letters management, onboarding into Gusto, ordering of all equipment needed for a Virtual office set-up and general candidate/new hire support as well as payroll, employee requested changes, benefits management, and off-boarding.• Setting up business templates which included offer letters, separation agreements and customer contracts.• Manage client invoicing and payment tracking.• Researched and negotiated new office lease, coordinated office move which included set-up and move into of a storage facility and manage the ordering of all office supplies and equipment.• Contract and document management, generation of documents, reports and presentations.
