Senior Director - Indianapolis Device Assembly And Packaging Supply Chain Processes
CurrentIn this position, I will lead in the development of implementation plans for manufacturing strategies related to product supply and production capacity. My role will focus on supply chain capabilities development for IDAP, Operational Standards for Supply Chain Excellence (OSSCE) processes and effective SAP integration working with Global Project delivery teams to lead and enable advanced supply chain and logistics technologies. I am a key member of the leadership team and mentor upcoming talent in the advancement of functional capabilities utilizing and enhancing Global Supply Chain Design. This role is the critical interface and IDAP Team Lead working with Global Supply Chain and on S4 Hana preparation roadmap. This role is key to connecting the strategy across IDAP and with key manufacturing nodes in Europe and Asia. Essential to the responsibilities will be to develop the integrated implementation strategy for IDAP and provide critical technical leadership. The role will focus on building and sustaining the road map for supply chain capabilities development working closely to lead multiple teams across the site to solve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement activities across Planning, Purchasing, Master Data, SAP, eWM and supply chain technology design.
