I found myself channeling her frequently during my time at Rhodes, as she always managed to approach every situation (whether it was a failing Open House program, a difficult committee decision, or anything in between) with aplomb and a positive outlook. Tami is a true college counselor, and she takes the counseling aspect of her job incredibly seriously. Her work with the Nashville NACAC Fair alone is indicative of that, as she was an efficient and proactive chair. She knows that we are all educators in this process, a belief that will also carry her far with your staff.
