1) Conducted training on Project Management and Communication Skills to networks of Persons Living With HIV/AIDS (PLHIV);2) Co-ordinated activities related to the planning, organization, execution, administration, monitoring & evaluation of capacity building training programs/projects conducted under the auspices of CRN+ at national & regional levels to ensure their effectiveness.3) Assisted in assessing the technical & organizational capacity of regional HIV/AIDS support groups/member networks & identify developmental gaps4) Used the results of gap analysis in the planning, designing, developing & implementing of relevant & meaningful capacity building projects for PLHIV, as well as in advocacy exercises & information sharing to ensure the achievement of the organization’s goals.
