Essence Global is a full-service global media agency driven by data and measurement.At Essence I built and led an Operations team embedded within media buying at Essence across North America. This entails spearheading large engagements and multiple teams responsible for overall satisfaction, service quality, and on-time, on-budget completion of deliverables across a large portfolio of accounts, including Google and Target. While directing and rolling out all phases of project management cycles, I served as the primary escalation point for critical risks and issues. Successes include driving the successful rollout of an Operations team across Google, Target, and Google Creative teams. I was also able to deliver multiple improvements in resources forecasting, risk management & mitigation, and process administration. Equally noteworthy, I steered enhancements in formal operational measurement, scope management, and account resource optimization.

In 2016, I joined Citi FinTech to assist in structuring and defining the process in the Agile Design group, as well as the external-to-in-house transition for some of the $2M in annual outside creative work. Accordingly, I contributed to the development of a pod work structure for increasing accountability and transparency within each project. Achievements included guiding the redesign of the Citi Mobile App in a joint effort with Citi Mobile Container partners. Likewise, I helped bring all web and app development/design in-house from external agencies, thus saving $1M. And I merged creative and technical teams within Agile environment; trained the creative team in Agile to improve performance.

IPG MullenLowe Profero is a digital marketing agency with 12 locations and over 600 team members worldwide.For this agency, I strengthened Project Management by defining processes and introducing margin & profitability benchmarks, as well as addressing company-wide delivery and resourcing issues. In addition, I identified Delivery-Finance gaps, created needs assessment criteria for the CEO, and refined the Delivery team’s criteria. As a result, I Improved resource allocation, while eliminating a previous issue with missed delivery deadlines. I also researched and selected Mavenlink for use as the agency’s project management tool, and drove integrations of it into daily workflow at MLP (year-plus long project).

IPG Mediabrands is a global media and data arm of the Interpublic Group (IPG).In this role, I led a large initiative to automate over 50% of Mediabrands’ media buying process. This included prioritizing project goals based on revenue projections and cost savings across Magnaglobal’s network of agencies, including UM, Initiative, BPN, and ID Media as well as business units.Most notably, I project-managed automation for 50% of Mediabrands’ $20B media spend. Additionally, by rolling out project plans/timelines, I improved tracking and delivery. Also, I developed a prioritization matrix that outlined project deliverables based on business priorities and feasibility.

Rosetta provides personality-based marketing, creative solutions, relationship marketing, search engine optimization, and consulting services.In 2011, I joined the Chase team at Rosetta as lead PM, driving the build out of a PM team while developing standard processes across the Chase business. This entailed assembling a high-performance PM team by providing input for the recruitment and acquisition of top talent.My impact included leading business—contributing to Chase’s explosive growth from $1.2M to $6.5M in 2 years. As well, I created process around monthly revenue recognition, forecasting, margin analysis, and resource management.

Publics Modem is a French multinational advertising and PR company, and one of the world’s longest-running marketing/communications agencies.During this time, I co-managed all aspects of the General Mills account, generating $18M in digital revenues with direct accountability for a $60M media budget. This involved providing leadership to define an integrated process within various disciplines on a core leadership team. My contributions included rolling out a standardized pricing model across all General Mills brands and developing the entire budget for 2012 fiscal year.
