In this role, I developed course content and curriculum and taught in person classes and used online flipped classroom methods. Courses included Customer Service in the Workplace, Interpersonal Skills, Communication in Business, Preparing for Work-Based Learning and Exploring Professional Contexts.

The field of change leadership has been a passionate pursuit of mine for several years. I believe when organizations either implement change to process, or experience other forms of change, the affected employees are often ignored. This creates discord, contention and negativity within the organizational culture. I am available to help the leadership understand and better manage any change so the employees can transition and adapt in a more healthy and positive manner.
