Courses included Customer Service in the Workplace, Interpersonal Skills, Communication in Business, Preparing for Work-Based Learning and Exploring Professional Contexts.

The field of change leadership has been a passionate pursuit of mine for several years. I believe when organizations either implement change to process, or experience other forms of change, the affected employees are often ignored.
