• My role at Cystic Fibrosis Trust was to manage the whole fundraising portfolio (£10m) plus the brand, communications and digital strategy. I managed a team of 45 across the country. Over achieved on budgets in tough.
• Leading on a new brand for the charity, developing the vision, values and visual identity – launched March 2013 (won Brand Impact Award 2014 plus an “in-book” for the prestigious D&AD awards.
• Set the strategic direction for the marketing department, engaging all senior managers in the process
• Re-structured the marketing department to make it fit for purpose, creating a team of heads of departments to help deliver the marketing strategy
• Overseeing the marketing team and led an overhaul of the digital strategy including a new website
• Identifying new income streams in the areas of Direct Marketing & Major Donors. Increase in DM income of 46%

Head up Fundraising and Comms for charities at Capital Radio, Heart and Classic FM

- Overseeing all aspects of the charity including Fundraising, Finance, Grants, Marketing & Communications- Working with the Senior Management Team of Global Radio to achieve the charity's ambitions- Working with the Trustees and Chair of Trustees to set the strategic direction of the charity- Developing the charity's strategy and business planning.

Managed all events and celebrity recruitment / management for this leading UK charity.I came to the charity as Senior Manager for Events and Celebrities and then became Head of Events whilst at the charity.I also completed a New Product Development role working with the Direct Marketing team for the charity, identifying new propositions for fundraising.

During this role, I worked on the hospitality areas at many of the UK's highest profile events. These include the Rolling Stones Tour, Simply Red Tour, The British Grand Prix, The Test Match Cricket as well as organising bespoke events for corporate clients.
