Main tasks supporting EMEA EHS team and Cargill-businesses in EMEA:- coordinating certain activities related to report according to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and European Sustainability Reporting Standard,- organizing corporate EHS audits in EMEA, organizing/delivering trainings for auditor-candidates, - data-analytics using corporate reporting system (e.g. to identify focus-areas for business planning and audits),- data-quality check (e.g on accident-reports) and proposing improvement-actions,- preparing reports to meet EMEA EHS needs,- preparing and updating Key Performance Indicator dashboard,- coordinating/preparing EMEA EHS reports,- driving Learning & Development activities (e.g. establishing EMEA EHS L&D Strategy, organizing training need assessments; specific activity: finalizing training material for EHS auditors)),- coordinating annual EMEA EHS Business Planning process (to build focus areas from global-, regional- and enterprise-level in EHS Business Plan) and establishing a process to monitor progress,- building elements (processes, procedures, documents) of regional EHS management system (e.g. defining priorities, establishing steps to build elements, writing procedures, managing stakeholders)- building "Project & Portfolio"-management for EMEA EHS,- monthly cost-analysis (to identify over/underspend and causes),- in my current position, until Oct 2023, I had a special role of being EHS Business Partner of CAN EMEA: this means supporting CAN EMEA operation team with several types of EHS activities (monthly calls, quarterly EHS performance review; reviewing/approving audit-results; leading EHS-workshop on accident-prevention and EHS Leadeership in person)
