Generating consumer insights for Fortune 500 FMCG and Financial companies. Provide diverse range of solutions for decision-makers on senior and executive level. Requirements gathering, managing communication with the clients during the entire project to keep them informed of ongoing progress and to update technical team with the new information and change requests. Designing and developing dashboards using Spotfire and Tableau to provide user-friendly actionable insights for the clients.

The PHD International team is working on the FERRERO, SKODA and Unilever global accounts, coordinating the work of local agencies in more than 30 countries worldwide. As a member of the team I take part in creating workflow processes, briefing and checking reports, managing Tableau and Sharepoint dashboards and supporting the local media agencies to make sure to satisfy the client's needs. We manage and continously develop our SharePoint sites created for data exchange and report tracking. Working closely with global strategy unit I'm also involved in creating the content and the look & feel for strategy documents and PR newsletters for the clients and the local teams.

In addition to executive tasks, I'm responsible for reports related to digital advertising KPIs and statistics (including Google AdWords, YouTube and Facebook statistics etc.). I also take part in annual strategy planning processes by supporting the central planning team and the local agencies.

As a member of PHD International's central coordination team, working with 10 countries in the CEE region for Unilever, I'm partly responsible for regular & ad hoc reports (briefing, chasing, checking data and creating workflow processes etc.), marketing research and competitive analysis. Also involved in creating presentations from creating databases to design presentations.
