Hi ! I'm Tanashya, a brand strategist and product marketer. You can usually find me bridging the gap between statistics and empathy, managing brand/product strategy across B2B and B2C industries, with an expertise in B2B SaaS and fintechs. I am passionate about financial literacy and access to education in underrepresented communities. 🏦 By day, I currently work as a Strategy Associate at Shiny, a strategic creative services agency, where I work on brand development, product marketing, content marketing and digital experiences for our clients. My expertise lies in financial services marketing strategy and B2B businesses. I manage various verticals in our clients' brand and product marketing, having overseen product launches, go-to-market strategy, overall product strategy and competitive analyses. Previously, I was employee number 4 at Willow, where I worked on developing curriculums to support financial wellness in the different life journey's women have in life, from divorce, to parenthood to widowhood all while managing a network of 45+ financial life coaches. 🖥 I'm also a freelance writer discussing culture, identity and navigating being an international student in the US and building a career away from their home country. I work with Open Avenues Foundation, a nonprofit helping build the future US workforce through global talent. 📽 Some of my career highlights include delivering Bystander Intervention Trainings to over 1,200 people at Brandeis University, overseeing content strategy for the launch of Kulfi Beauty and building a content pipeline of over 400 articles and videos on financial wellness for Willow. 🧘🏽‍♀️ In my free time, you'll find me doing yoga and advancing my practice at home or at my local studio. I'm passionate about decolonizing the practice of yoga and reclaiming the practice as a South Asian woman.I am always looking for new opportunities and connections!
