As a Lead solution Architect I am responsible for driving technical topics and integrating our product into existing systems specifically focused on MS 365 and Azure Stack. I am deeply involved in getting requirements for new solutions from our customer and making it a success. I work very closely with our Customer Success Team and Account Managers to build solutions that are tailored to our customer needs. Provide feedback from customers to the product team to enable continuous improvement. Part of my Job is to do technical consulting among our customers or prospects and show them all the existing solutions that can be scaled-up to their environments. I also do user access management and provisioning via SSO and SCIM.
