I am a versatile, detail-oriented, and passionate process engineer who always strives to go above and beyond. I take pride in my work and my goal has always been to serve others and exceed expectations. I have interests in the energy, gas and oil, chemical, biochemical, and ceramic engineering industries. I have rigorously studied chemical process engineering, as well as the design of chemical plants and the processes therein. I also have experience designing and modeling various chemical process units including distillation columns, heat exchangers, and piping networks. I am also proficient in principles of equilibrium thermodynamics, and mass and energy transfer processes.In industry, I served as a Quality Engineer Intern at Ecolab’s Life Sciences Division in Greensboro, North Carolina, where I assisted in the design and validation of a new product line. While working with Ecolab, I also gained experience in quality control, quality assurance, cleanroom manufacturing, micro-contamination control, packaging, plant safety strategies, and document control. Currently, I am employed as a Forming Engineer with Corning Incorporated's Environmental Technologies (CET) division in Corning, New York. I previously served as a Finishing Engineering within CET.In both my education and in industry, I’ve gained a variety of interpersonal and organizational skills involving teamwork, leadership, communication, time management, data analysis, root cause analysis, economic analysis, and technical writing.
