With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am an expert in underwriting, risk management, and program development. I have worked with various carriers, brokers, and clients, delivering innovative solutions and profitable outcomes. Currently, I am an Operations/Marketing at Cedar Risk Management, a full-service independent insurance agency that specializes in commercial and personal lines.In this role, I support the sales team by providing them with leads, research, and marketing campaigns, as well as assisting them with carrier relationships and accountability. I also help the ownership with programs, metrics, fiscal checks and balances, social media, and branding. Additionally, I leverage my skills and knowledge from running a brewery for three years, where I learned how to manage inventory, events, scheduling, and customer relations. My goal is to grow the agency's book of business, profitability, and reputation, while learning new aspects of the insurance field.
