Summary: I gained invaluable experience in California Building Codes, the City and state permitting process, the coordination of permits between Public Works, Planning, Building, Fire and Health departments and developed the capacity to navigate administrative grey areas, or places where there isn't protocol yet.Leadership: Designed and arranged for a workshop with California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) for building inspectors, City engineers, and local contractors to meet new ADA building requirements as they related to medical clinics.My drive and work ethic lead to me serving in the place of the Building Official on interview panels in the search for a records clerk.
