Responsible for recruitment and contracting needs with physicians to develop new Employer Sponsored Healthcare Provider Networks in various markets throughout the country. Recruitment and network development will be based on established selection criteria to assure adequate geographic and specialty coverage as committed to our clients. Work with professional providers and hospitals that participate in an innovative team of managed care participants.Analyze, monitor and organize information contained in current contracts.Maintain relationships with existing and potential payors and network participants to increase efficiencies and cost savings for members. Conduct rate and contract negotiations with all contracting entities in various markets that result in significant medical cost savings for large self-funded employers.Work with business development staff to provide guidance on developing focused, high impact, market-specific partnerships to accelerate business growth.Support key operations leaders in their accountability over local contract maintenance and satisfaction. Work in partnership with corporate leaders ensuring contracting and other collateral information meets the needs of contracting elements.Responsible for developing and enhancing provider relationships by responding to provider inquiries and resolving providers concernsDemonstrates professionalism and presents a positive image of the company when interacting with providers/payors/clients/members. Supports individual and team goals and initiatives; accepts ownership for individual results.
