Manage and oversee a 2 million sq. ft. Data Center Facility, as the campus Facilities ManagerResponsible for facility projects, break/fix repairs, interior/exterior building maintenanceCollaborate with General Contractor’s to coordinate and schedule new building turnovers to campus Operations TeamParticipate in Construction walk throughs and perform routine inspections prior to project completionEscalate and document potential issues that may impact a successful delivery to the Operations TeamStreamline communications between Contractors, Projects Team and Operations team to maintain ownership of responsibilitiesReport and document project “lessons learned” to mitigate design issues and future building impacts Promote standardization of procedures and processes for transparency and accountability Develop and maintain positive relationships with outside vendors to ensure Client’s expectations are continually metProvide Campus Director updates on facility improvements, projects, and maintenanceControl and analyze monthly financial reports and provide details on budget variances Prepare capital and operating budgets and reforecasts for annual & quarterly budget projectionsDevelop policies and procedures to ensure client contract specifications are fulfilledOversee facility preventative maintenance to ensure inspections are performed for quality assuranceMonitor and provide feedback for vendor services, KPIs, SLAs, as well as SOWs Successfully enhanced the existing Facilities team by selecting the proper candidates to support the campus growthSupervise and train facility team to ensure we are exceeding client expectations and fulfilling contractual obligations

As a representative for the Owner’s Team (Client) I provide administrative support to the DCD Project Manager Accustomed to Critical Facility Working Environment, directly work with site Security and DCO (operations). Update site data and reports using Latista Construction tracking software as well as PMCSResponsible for assisting the Project DCD Manager with risk mitigation, operations, daily office maintenance, also ensure all DCD Executives have the necessary administrative tools for a successful project completion.Assist the onsite Scheduler with progression updates for upcoming installs and project milestones Provide client scheduling and contract management (contractors and subcontractors).Maintain OSHA compliant safety procedures, including safety equipment and OSHA record keeping.Schedule all site visitors requesting access, as well as ensuring they have the proper clearance upon arrival Assist with on-boarding of new hiresResponsible for onsite time tracking for all contractors, vendors and onsite personnelUpdate and track RFI’s (request for information) and submittals, in addition to reporting changes in Prolog softwareProvide Document Control for QAQCSubmit DCAT request for specific site access for contractors, visitors and DCD Owner’s Team, upon project turn over to DCO (operations)
