- Organize, direct, and edit a variety of creative projects simultaneously for 40+ varsity sports using the Adobe Suite and Sony Alpha cameras (media days, team intros, season recaps, highlight reels, interview pieces, and more).- Coordinate with Communications and Marketing teams to strategically organize and publish content for in-house events and team social media accounts (Instagram, Youtube, X, Facebook). - Lead game-day crews in setting-up and directing live broadcasts as well as video board shows for multiple sports.- Communicate with stakeholders to maintain expectations around internal and external media operations. - Use and troubleshoot broadcast equipment including NewTek Tricaster and 3Play, Birddog Studios and PTZ Cameras, Clear-Com, AJT Livebook, JVC.

- Assisted in managing creative services such as team social media accounts using content created in Adobe Suite.- Set up and managed audio/video/lighting equipment for broadcasts and creative photo/video shoots.- Produced and troubleshooted broadcasts for multiple sports through ESPN+ and the Patriot League Network.- Directed camera/replay footage and managed on-screen graphics while communicating with timeout coordinators, play-by-play announcers, videoboard operators, camera operators, and network operators simultaneously during live production.

Executed a variety of game-day needs such as recording substations, calling time-outs, running graphics, and more. Also assisted in office duties such as naming and organizing photos.

I helped cater private events and sports team dinners alongside fellow students. I was responsible for setting tables, serving food, and attended to guests immediate food and drink needs. I also worked school concession stands preparing food and facilitating sales.

My responsibilities include managing reservations, seating, facilitating in-store sales, and taking detailed phone orders in a very fast-paced environment. I am in constant communication with my fellow staff members and managers to coordinate sales and dining service to provide a positive customer experience, using extensive knowledge of a large menu. I am responsible for cleaning and maintaining a well-organized workspace as well as efficiently using the POS system.

Assisted customers to facilitate purchasing, returns, sizing, gifts, credit card sign on, and more. Maintained stock on sales floor, managed inventory, organized displays, answered phone inquiries, packed online orders. Worked together with other sales associates and managers to provide exemplary customer service and used the POS system.

In this role, I engaged with children ages 3-10 to help build their reading, writing, and math skills. I collaborated with teachers and other volunteers to meet individual students specific needs and helped create hands-on activities and educational worksheets to enhance student learning. I worked with students in a group setting as well as one-on-one to meet individual learning needs. I was also responsible for maintaining communication with parents regarding their children’s progress.

I administered temperature checks and questionnaires to ensure the safety of students and faculty against COVID-19. I also assisted with various questions and concerns while registering people at COVID testing sites.
