CurrentI was promoted to CSM Operations Manager. I now lead and manage a group of 22 Client Success Managers in the Client Services department. I am responsible for the team’s growth, development and training.- Conduct one on ones bi-weekly with each team member- Participate in health check calls with our partners and sales support for our markets- Handle escalation management- Hiring/recruiting/onboarding new team members- Book of business balancing and management - Ongoing training/coaching of CSMs- Conduct annual reviews
