I am the on location expert on small buisness. Aside from working directly with buisness accounts I coach sales associates on current AT&T offers for businesses and drive business sales.

Incite is a cause marketing division of Emmis Communication. I assisted in various parts campaigns. Some clients are listed below. -Metropolitan Sewer District-Missouri Department of Conversation - Jim Butler (Teen Driving Contract)- Missouri Coalition for Roadway Safety

My responsibilities include team leadership, delegate tasks, enforce station policy, set yearly goals, critique staff and student work, and resolve issues. Notable Projects:DJ Relations -After complaints about old policy negatively affecting our student DJs I arranged a set of focus groups and open communication lines to alleviate concerns. This project resulted in better communication and more trust among DJs as well as a more productive process to train our student DJs.

In this position I am tasked with creating digital content for the station, planning and executing events, managing social media, and brand development.Notable Projects: Local Project Winter Food Drive Concert with Operation Food Search -In 2013 I collaborated with Operation Food Search to leverage the station's Local Project connections to raise over 400 dollars in non-perishable food items. New Student Orientation and LouFest -My first project at The Galaxy, I established a relationship with various student and faculty groups to get the station involved with several New Student Orientation Week events. I also coordinated with the promoters of LouFest and utilized tickets to draw student's attention. This set of promotions resulted in the largest increase of new DJ's in years.
