The main reason I became a Real Estate Broker is that I love working with people! In addition to selling homes, I have taught elementary school. Even though I adore teaching children, real estate is my passion. I enjoy helping individuals and families find a home that fits both their budget and their lifestyle. As a homeowner, I understand the daunting task of buying or selling a house. Therefore, it is my goal to make the entire process as easy and enjoyable as possible. My primary focus for the first 10 years was selling Memorial and Galleria condominiums. In the last 12 years, I have had great success selling homes and townhomes on the north, west, and southwest sides of the city. I have been with Royce Realty my entire 22 years, where I train new agents and have taught several real estate sessions on the evenings and weekends, in addition to selling property. I hope to continue teaching and finding homes for people for a very long time.I also held a Texas Loan Officer License from 2002-2006 and a Mortgage Broker's License from 2006-2010. This enables me to be knowledgeable on both the buying and lending side of the real estate transaction.
