I serve as the Office Service Manager for the Annandale Regional office for the Department of Family Services/Cross Division. The Cross Division services all the departments in DFS. I oversee all administrative support and operations within the Cross Division.

I managed all operations and performance of Facilities, Transportation, Labor, Copier, and Mail Center services. I worked closely with building management to ensure all OSHA and federal regulations were current and implemented to code. I patrolled client space to identify maintenance areas of concern and ensure all performance standards were being executed to compliance of the lease agreement. I provided written estimates from vendors to work on project improvements to client space. I developed and executed schedules with building management and vendors to complete improvements to clients space and removal of all excess materials. I provided hands-on job coaching and employee counseling to improve overall performance, including assistance to Mail handlers, Drivers, Laborers with various assignments. I executed stand-in duties to assure that contractual compliance and standards are fulfilled. I coordinated assistance to Project Manager with development of monthly reports and other contract statistical performance indicators. I managed overall administrative oversight for Facilities staff including performance reviews, attendance and staff disciplinary actions.
