-As part of the DevOps team for Software Engineering Services, I am responsible for the operations and support to the huge software users community for DevOps related applications-Deployment and administration of applications in modern cloud platforms using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Helm etc. -I do solution designing of applications such as CloudBees Jenkins, Enterprise Architect etc. This also includes preparation of High-Level Design (HLD), user guides, admin guides, and runbooks as well.-As a senior member of the team, I also have the responsibilities of a Business Analyst wherein I need to understand the business’ requirement and provide them with the solutions. -I maintain the ALM system involving activities such as installation, configuration and deployment of the applications within our suite (Atlassian tools - JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, Bamboo, Fisheye/Crucible, Crowd, static code analysis tool Coverity, Jenkins). I assist users in maintaining their CI/CD pipelines -To automate all aspects possible for overall system such as monitoring, testing, backups/restoration, installation, configuration, orchestration etc. Main tools used being Ansible, Helm, Perl, REST-API, Selenium.-To conduct POC with the business teams for any new applications to be incorporated in the environment. This involves setting up the application from scratch and to analyze the application with the users for their feedback.-To do integration development with other applications outside our supported suite mainly using Perl, SQL, REST API-I provide support for build management using CloudBees Jenkins to the users community. Installation, Configuration, Requirement gathering is also part of my role.-Performance analysis, Log Monitoring and Capacity Planning through applications such as AppDynamics, Splunk, ThousandEyes, Zabbix etc.

-Worked in an environment where I had the responsibilities of a consultant, an architect, a team lead and a developer-The project was to assist the client in setting up an in-house monitoring team for their OSS network. This work was with an external company at that time and we needed to assist the client in this transformation.-As a consultant, I did requirement gathering for a telecom client OSS transformation, wherein I conducted intensive workshops with the business clients to capture their requirements. I also shared the best industry practices and advised them based on our past experiences. -As an architect, I created the high level designs based on the captured requirements along with other artifacts such as implementation plan, interface documents etc.-As a team lead, I had to work with a team of 6 developers for a particular domain within OSS for all development activities.-Besides this, I had to work as a developer myself for certain integration activities with external teams too
