Currently working with the "AL SHAER GROUP OF COMPANIES" and handling accounts for the main company "GULF ICE FACTORY & MODERN ICE FACTORY" as well as the sister companies "HAFEET TRADING & GEN CONTRACTING Est." and owners Properties "HEIRS OF SAEED OBAID AL SHAER PROPERTIES".Responsibilties at GULF ICE & MODERN ICE FACTORIES• Performed reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records• Prepared and analyzed monthly financial statements, providing actionable insights to senior management• Forecasted cash flow and created budgets to ensure smooth workflow• Responsible for preparation, validation & submission of VAT returns accurately and timely in line with the UAE VAT regulation• Month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure all necessary adjustments and accruals are made to reflect accurate financial data.• Coordinate and assist with external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.• Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, operations, and procurement, to gather financial data and support cross-functional initiatives.• Assessing financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.• Reviewing and analyzing expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.• Working with vendors, suppliers, and financial institutions to optimize payment terms and manage financial relationships.• Analyzing cost structures and identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.• Overseeing the payroll and end of service benefits process to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, including compliance with labor laws and benefits administration.• Preparing reports, maintaining records, and documenting utility-related activities and processes (including DEWA, SEWA, Etisalat)• Fleet Management & cost control; Analyzing company fleet fuel expense, maintenance expense and their mileage.

Job Responsibilities relating to Hafeet Trading & Contracting (Maintenance Contractor)• Preparing all general Ledger account balances, monthly Financial statements including Income and expenditure statements and Funds flow statement.• Verifying monthly invoices resolve any variances with sub- contractor and submit invoices to client for approval and payment.• Reconciliation of monthly Bank statements and Accounts Receivables / Payables.• Preparing and processing monthly payroll through WPS.• Responsible for preparation, validation & submission of VAT returns accurately and timely in line with the UAE VAT regulation• Managing Group medical Insurance for all employees. Duties Relating to Managing Owners Properties.• Prepare and analyze financial statements for real estate properties, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.• Maintain accounting records for individual properties, tracking rental income, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.• Oversee rent collection processes, ensuring timely payment from tenants• Prepare & Validate VAT Returns according to the UAE VAT regulation for Real Estate sector.• Monitor and reconcile various expenses related to real estate projects, such as utilities, maintenance, insurance, • Assess the company's property portfolio and determine the insurance needs for each property, work with insurance brokers or agents to select appropriate insurance coverage for each property and Policy review.

Duties relating to Accounts• Organize and maintain financial records.• Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records.• Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and billing.• Update and maintain accounting Journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g.: disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).• Maintaining petty cash and making cash payments for expenses.• Prepare Profit & Loss statement and other financial reports on monthly basis. • Reconciliation of customers and suppliers accounts on monthly basis and follow up them for statements.• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.• Sales order processing.• Processing the payroll of approx 150-200 employees and contractors.Duties relating to Inventory / Stock Management• Making monthly raw materials and Inventory reports.• Responsibility for purchasing and the “in-stock” levels within the agreed inventory parameters.• Purchase inventory within the agreed budgets.• Maintain a process for returns. Manage a defined area in the storeroom for returns/credits. This area will include out of dates, damaged and un-saleable goods.• Supervise monthly and yearly full physical stock-taking.
