- As Commercial Leader, Managing the business side of Abu Dhabi's 5th IWPP, the largest Private Power and Desalination Plant, a 3 B USD Green and Brownfield Project, with the majority Shareholding by ADWEA/TAQA, Marubeni of Japan, and other foreign Shareholders.

Set up the Commercial Department in Abu Dhabi's 3rd IWPP - a 1.5 B USD project with shareholding of ADWEA/TAQA, CMS Energy (later sold to Sumitomo Corporation of Japan) and International Power (now GDF Suez).

Set up the Commercial Department in Abu Dhabi's 1st IWPP - a 750 M USD project with shareholding of ADWEA/TAQA, CMS Energy (later sold to Marubeni Corporation of Japan).

Set up the Commercial Function in Pakistan's largest Privatized (36% shareholding) Power Plant with the management control to the International Power of UK (now GDF Suez).

Soon after completing MBA in 1996, also had the rarest experience of also working in WAPDA's Finance Department. Responsible for preparing Management Information System Reports based on Monthly Financials for the top brass on WAPDA including Chairman, Member Power, Member Water, whilst working directly with the General Manager Finance.

Served the Technical Departments of Pakistan's biggest Utility called WAPDA namely Grid Systems, Standards & Research, and Projects Department. There I learned various stages of Bidding/Tendering process including Preparation of Tender Documents, Tender Floating, Technical and Commercial Evaluation, Tender Awards, Inspection of Procurred Material etc. Prior to serving WAPDA’s Technical Departments, I also had the distinct experience of undergoing a rigorous one full year Technical Training in the Generation, Distribution, and Transmission of Electricity and Management in WAPDA Academies. Contested an election for the top position called 'Social Secretary' and managed various affairs of Trainee Engineers whilst working as a bridge between the top brass of WAPDA Academy Tarbela and +150 Trainee Engineers. As Social Secretary also conducted many high level visits of dignitaries from around the globe visiting Tarbela Dam, the largest mud-filled Dam in the world with the Hydel Power Capacity of over 5,500 MW.
