I love selling art and creative content. I hate selling myself. Here's five simple things about me and my work. Plain and simple. 1.) Though “just” a mompreneur, I am an accomplished manager and teacher. I have had many opportunities to work and serve in leadership positions and have been proven to decrease turnover rates because of my focus on leading from the bottom-up.2.) Organization is important to me. I am the type of person that will leave everything more organized than the way I found it, including the grocery store. While working as a general manager at Chip Cookies, I was the designated store organizer. I was given the responsibility of opening up several new locations and making the small space functional. I am well known to reorganize every closet in the house I am staying in, even if it is my mother-in-law's. My organizational skills will benefit any workplace.3.) Workplace culture is everything in building branding, in increasing productivity, and in driving revenue. My creativity has many implementations of improving workplace culture and team bonding. I love making the people – employees and clients/customers the motivation of every business decision. 4.) I have created campaigns for various nonprofit organizations and start-up companies including Moves and Grooves Inc, Blackfoot Community Center, Shop Smiddy, and Beaut. Marketplace. My dream position would be to work as a creative director for a youth-focused nonprofit such as Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, or 4-H Mentoring. 5.) I am results-oriented. In every position I hold I focus on and develop key indicators of success. I review these indicators daily with my team to help maintain our drive, improve our productivity and measure our success.
