Human Resources Generalist
Current-Maintains human resources department files, including benefit enrollment, FMLA documentation, and employee personnel files to legal requirements.-Participates in recruitment efforts including pre-screenings, reference checks, scheduling job interviews, and assisting in the interview process.-Posts job advertisements through an applicant tracking system.-Orients new employees to the organization, including equipment requests, email, and other tasks.-Conducts benefit enrollment process, assisting new employees in paperwork completion and online enrollment.-Serves as the point person for all new employee questions, PTO balances and questions.-Participates in benefits tasks, such as claims resolutions and EOB questions.-Maintains records of receipt for all reviews including 90-day reviews, midyear, and annual assessments.-Completes termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.-Proficient in ADP Workforce Now, Employee Navigator, Applicant Pool, Oracle PeopleSoft
