Implementation and maintenance of all Environmental, Health and Safety programs for the facility to ensure safe, healthy and accident-free work environment by performing personally or through direct reports. Conduct necessary health and safety trainings to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, including 10hr OSHA Outreach Training. Manage worker compensation filings and claims. Facility recordkeeping on health and safety related aspects. Manage company Learning Management System. Lead weekly safety toolbox talks and monthly safety committee meeting. Audit and inspect company PPE and other safety equipment. Advise management on update pertaining to OSHA and other local/federal regulations.
