I am currently a Partner at Hinshaw and Culbertson in Tampa. Previously I was an Assistant State Attorney for the 10th Judicial Circuit where I prosecuting everything from simple misdemeanors to attempted first-degree murder. Prior to becoming an Assistant State Attorney I clerked for an employment and labor law firm in Jacksonville, Florida. I attended law school at Florida Coastal School of where I graduated 34 out of 412 in my class (Top 8%). While at Florida Coastal, I was a member of the number one nationally ranked Moot Court Honor Board. As a member of the honor board I presented oral arguments at five different national competitions. Before going to law school, I was born and raised in New Mexico. Thanks to my time as a Moot Court member I have a strong interest in litigation and appellate law. While in college at New Mexico State University I was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. As a member of my fraternity I was very involved in Greek Life which included serving as Vice President of my chapter. I also held several positions in the Interfraternity Council including President. Besides my friends and family, I have a strong passion for aviation and anything to do with the Chicago Cubs.
