Act as the point person for acquired companies and sales representatives selling mixed company deals, which involves the creation of the order in the necessary systems, reviewing the products selected, and the applicable product terms and conditions. Collaborate with multiple departments on the best current processes and practices and brainstorm potential fixes. Assist with the building of training guides and best practice manuals to ensure all teams follow the correct procedure.Assist management with large cross-company projects, including acquired company order migrations to TechTarget’s systems for better tracking and easy product selling capability. Monitor the Contract Approval inbox in ZenDesk to promptly ensure all signed contracts are processed and booked within TechTarget’s system. Assist with questions from team members working within the box and with overflow. Work in Salesforce to update existing orders via change order requests to fit customer expectations, which includes updating the deals within TechTarget’s system in order to ensure that revenue is accounted for properly.Review contracts created by sales in order to ensure the correct negotiated term dates, as well as any additional agreed-upon language, is visible for the client review.Train team members who need assistance building mixed company deals in all systems.Work in Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, Teams, Zoom, and Box.
