As an Educational Strategy Associate at Physicians' Education Resource (PER), I apply my public health knowledge and skills to design, develop, and deliver high-quality continuing medical education programs for physicians and other healthcare professionals in the oncology field. I work with a team of experts to ensure that our educational offerings are evidence-based, relevant, and engaging, and that they address the needs and educational gaps of their respective disease areas. I also contribute to the grant acquisition process, leveraging my previous experience as a Supervisor of Grant Acquisition at Women and Families Ascending Association (WAFAA), where I worked to secure funding for a nonprofit organization that provides social services and advocacy for marginalized communities. I am passionate about improving health outcomes and reducing health disparities through education, communication, and collaboration. I have acquired a B.S. in Public Health from Rutgers University, where I also served as a Health and Wellness Representative at the Student Assembly, promoting health awareness and wellness initiatives among the student body. I am a motivated, adaptable, and creative professional, who values lifelong learning, innovation, and social justice.
