• Liaising with subcontractors, manage the day-to-day tasks associated with the successful implementation of utility-funded energy efficiency projects in single-family and multifamily households.
• Create work orders, change orders, and other necessary documentation for projects’ successful deliveries.

• Provide administrative assistance for the operations of utility programs. Communicate program requirements and changes with staff. Assist in developing internal policies and procedures as needed for program(s’) success.
• Provide supervision to Project Coordinators and Customer Care Specialists.
• Provide administrative support for the development of strategic partnerships with CHP’s partners, weatherization agencies, subcontractors, outreach partners, and relevant stakeholders to expand CHP Energy Solutions’.
• Co-manage the subcontractor network: Manage contractor matrix for performance; attend weekly check-in calls with subs and follow up on daily correspondence as requested; identify new trade allies; and assist with.
• Manage processes for project submissions, data tracking, and timely payments to subcontractors.
• Assist with outreach in respective territories: attend outreach opportunities, assist with event coordination, and speak on behalf of CHP Energy Solutions as requested.
