Manage the advancement of large capital development projects for Sound Transit's Link Light Rail system. Work with team members on various phases of project development: environmental review, conceptual design, preliminary and final design engineering, and construction management. Represent Sound Transit and lead projects through the entitlement processes.

Played a variety of roles from managing projects, swinging a hammer, and responding to bid proposals. Projects focused on private and public commercial development and tenant improvements for retail spaces.

As part of the Policy Department I worked to advance Forterra's initiative to make the region's cities and towns attractive areas to live and work, while conserving the surrounding landscapes.  I managed the creation of incentive zoning programs within cities and counties across the greater Puget Sound region. We created and adopted seven Transfer of Development Rights programs and passed the first of its kind tax increment financing conservation tool called Landscape Conservation and Local Infrastructure Program.

Project manager in the Biology Division of an environmental consulting and engineering firm. We provided environmental permitting resources for the development of public and private projects. I managed the drafting of biological sections for NEPA/CEQA reporting, created land management and monitoring plans for the Department of Defense, and managed NPDES permit reporting.
