Accountable for all aspects of two different branches. Managed a staff of 10 employees. Managed cost and profitability and outperformed previous years income over 200%. Awarded #1 Manager and branch, in region, due to performance for 5 consecutive months. Awarded the Customer Service Cup for region's best customer service score for six months straight. Assumed a leadership role within my area on training employees and staff development.

Accountable for front line revenue, expense, customer service, growth, staff development and performance of multiple branches including the Seatac Airport location. Managed staff rotations of 60 different employees. Foretasted demand and inventory levels to maximize occupancy. Assumed loss prevention role and reduced loss and liability overhead by retooling underwriting process and implemented staff training exercises.

Directed the door-to-door fundraising campaign for KAET, Arizona PBS. Responsible for daily operations, staff management & training, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting project's fundraising team. Promoted from Assistant Director to expand in-house recruiting operations for relaunch marketplace. Supported two nonprofits managing the operations and facilitation of the grassroots fundraising efforts. Partnered with Arizona State University and University of Colorado Denver to meet desired candidate outcomes. Sourced, screened, interviewed, on-boarded, and trained best-option candidates for fundraising and management positions.
