In my role with Women in Business, I facilitate communication between the Executive Board and all members to keep the community engaged. I also develop ways to increase member involvement, such as coordinating a mentor program and networking events

As President of MBSA at UGA, I set and manage goals for the organization and delegate responsibilities between 8 executive officers. I also lead general body meetings and ensure the quality of organization events held for members.

During my internship with AT&T, I developed sales opportunities by prospecting for new accounts, building rapport, determining appropriate solutions, and demonstrating product value. I exceeded the expectations of an intern by creating opportunities worth over $10,000 a year in revenue. Because of my efforts, I was recognized as being among the top 7% performers of all national AT&T interns

- Generated sales leads through contacting potential clients and scheduling them to speak to an agent- Assisted in exceeding sales goals through setting a weekly average of 20-30 sales appointments for agents- Called job applicants over the phone and set interview appointments for the management team- Discussed job opportunities to prospective candidates through providing job descriptions and answering questions - Utilized recruitment technology including TextRecruit, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder, Monster, and more- Professionally greeted interviewees at the front entrance and set them up to meet with a hiring director
