I look to identify areas of the website that are either broken customer pathways, or are not conducive to selling. Assisting in making a URM plan for the quarter. I assist in creating a promo strategy to drive product sales and stay competitive in the PC market. Along with the strategy of planning out which products and configurations sell best at which price points; understanding when spend is too high in some areas in too low in others. Working cross functionally with several different stake holders to guide a product to success. I work with the supply team to understand inventory constraints, the marketing team to align on how we present the product, the planning and finance team to align on what to sell the product for, and the online design and UX team to align on the selling experience a customer receives when visiting the website.
