Campus Director
Current1. Direct the campus team, including shepherding, training, and coaching the staff team. Direct the ministry, not just manage events. Advise the team in areas including: mission, relational dynamics, ministry effectiveness and life issues; scheduling and planning; assessment; finances.2. Meet new students and develop relationships, evangelistic outreach meetings, Bible studies, one-to-one evangelism on campus and in dorms. Recruit new students to discipleship relationships, EDGE Corps, conferences, summer training programs, summer missions, spring break trips, etc.3. Disciple students through one-to-one mentoring, small group Bible studies, large group meetings, retreats, and conferences (local and regional).4. Develop partnerships between the campus/region and international Navigator ministries and other ministries. 5. Participate in other important ministry activities: sports, recreational activities, hosting students in your home, cookouts, developing relationships with campus administrators, moving freshmen into the dorms, etc.6. Build and maintain rapport with campus administration, faculty, staff, and key community members.7. Understand and comply with Navigator policies and procedures.8. Train younger staff and student laborers in Navigator ministry skills and vision.
