With over eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am a passionate and dedicated fundraising professional who strives to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I have a strong background in developing and implementing comprehensive and up-to-date campaign strategies, cultivating and stewarding donors and partners, and leading and coordinating teams and volunteers. I am currently the Director of Development at the Glacial Community YMCA, where my values and goals are aligned with the organization's Christian mission and vision of strengthening the foundation of our communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.In my current role, I actively manage all aspects of our financial development activities for the association, including major and capital gifts, annual campaign, endowment, corporate giving, grants, and special events. I work collaboratively with our executive team, leadership team, staff, and volunteers to set and achieve fundraising goals and to increase the impact of the YMCA in meeting community needs. I also use my analytical skills to prepare and coordinate proposals, reports, and our donor database, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
