I work remotely and collaborate with at least 75-80+ clients, maintaining high-level client relationships through daily communication via web and mobile applications. Having been in this type of work for several years, I have easily met and exceeded daily and weekly key performance indicators, with less than an hour of message responsiveness, 90% daily client messaging, and 75% client retention rate. Moreover, I was recognized for having a high client satisfaction rate and for having one of the highest KPIs in the company.

Arcadia University // Glenside, PA // 2011 – June 2021Assistant Director of Sports Performance, Head Strength & Conditioning CoachI was the first Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Arcadia University , where I coordinated all aspects of strength and conditioning for 23 varsity teams with 400+ athletes. I also managed two part-time assistant coaches, two to three graduate assistants, and interns. As a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Fitness Director (2011 – 2019), I developed strength and conditioning programs and oversaw the annual budget for the program and fitness center. Moreover, I assisted with the two renovations of the Kuch Athletic Center as the Kuch Center Manager (2014 – 2016), managing equipment upgrades and building additions to the sports training center and fitness center. In developing programs, I integrated the latest technology available, including Team Buildr software, vertical jump mat, Push Bands (Velocity Based Training Monitors), Jawku bands (wearable sprint and agility timing device), SloMo video analysis application. Furthermore, I conducted performance monitoring, player readiness, recovery, and injury prevention, as well as analyzed double and single leg vertical jump for imbalances and performance.In addition, I developed the Iron Knight program designed to promote a culture of teamwork, competition, and a standard of expectations within the strength and conditioning program. I also participated in various department hiring searches and in the All Modes Program. Cross-functionally collaborating with other departments across the university allowed me to be prepared for the impacts of COVID-19 on the academic year. During this time, I assisted with the use of various teaching resources for integration into online learning. Overall, I had seven team conference championships and nine team NCAA tournament appearances.
