CurrentResponsible for all finance, treasury, tax, credit, IT, legal and logistics functions in both the US and Canadian organizations. Recently led an implementation team that successfully specified and launched Oracle Applications for the Domino Canada organization, connecting them with the global network of Oracle based Domino subsidiaries.Responsible for all North American financial and management reporting from design of key business metrics, performance dashboards, budgeting and forecasting, to GAAP and IFRS reporting for the parent company in the UK. Gained extensive experience planning and conducting internal audits across the global company locations including China, UAE, and Mexico. Have a key role as a business partner for the senior sales and marketing management, developing the business strategy, designing, creating and implementing sales incentive plans, product launch packages and key account programs.
