At Connolly Consulting Engineers I am responsible for providing exceptional quality and service as the Principal in Charge and/or project manager for all engineering projects. I administer the mechanical and electrical design and construction effort for the projects we design, including plan/spec and integrated design-build project types.Our emphasis is on health care related projects, although we are pleased to perform all types of building design and energy improvement projects. We consider all types and sizes of projects with consistent passion for excellence and client satisfaction.

At Columbia Gas of Kentucky, I performed facility audits and energy estimates/analyses for various fuel and equipment options. I also developed life cycle cost analyses and other evaluation tools for mechanical systems and facilities design decision makers.I created and implemented turn-key energy savingsconstruction projects as a result of economic analyses.Finally, I designed, analyzed and troubleshot natural gas delivery,pressure regulation, and measurementsystems, including installation and code compliance issues.

I provided project management and HVAC and Plumbing systems engineering design expertise, with a particular focus in the health care construction and renovation environment. Known for successful leadership of challenging, complex hospital renovations.
