Designed and implemented the first version of a university-wide online faculty teaching and learning resource.- Conducted usability studies and implemented site modifications focusing on information architecture.- Collaborated with faculty members, deans, and 12 faculty support departments to develop a communications plan for teaching and learning events and resources and update over 100 pages on teaching and learning topics.- Developed the webpage and communications for the annual Teaching and Learning Conference, receiving the most call for proposals, registrations, and attendance to their largest number in history.- Recruited faculty presenters and coordinated five university wide faculty development workshops.

The United States Peace Corps is an international service organization dedicated to placing volunteers in developing countries to help build local capacity and deepen American's understanding of these nations and cultures.Assessed, designed, and developed educational programs to teach students computer literacy and multimedia design.- Trained twelve volunteers at the YMCA Digital Studio and subsequently managed the production of various media projects for local NGOs and businesses including UNICEF and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.- Managed the urban area YMCA Digital Studio and served as the primary instructor of multimedia productions including computer literacy, video production, audio production, and graphic design.- Taught introduction to electronic technology and computer literacy to 350 students in grades 10 through 12.- Delivered sessions for three Peace Corps training programs and participated in redesigning the Country Program and Education Program’s Pre-Service Training focusing on increased efficacy and assessment.
