Managed a global learning and development function which delivered a portfolio consisting of project management, systems analysis and design, technology and IT service management training solutions serving over 3,500 employees. Overhauled this department including website design, backend processes, outsourced agreements, governance and personnel structure. This change resulted in increased customer satisfaction, 250 percent increase in training requests, and a 40 percent reduction in manual processes. Key responsibilities included hiring and developing a staff of 10, managing a $1.5 million dollar operating budget and a $3 million dollar education budget, vendor management, and systems design and development initiatives.

Managed re-engineering efforts within the IT Education division, identified system inefficiencies and presented cost saving solutions, designed and developed LMS database prototypes, and managed a global mentoring program.
